Win XP PRo Start up errors

Help please, When I start up windows I am recieving 8 error messages, 4
Windows can not find and 4 could not run or load. As I procceed to tap the
enter key or mouse click the OK button they dissapaer. I have tried reloading
windows, added spyware software, ran a few anti-virus software programs, and
downloaded two anti-virus files and installed them but so far nothing is
making them go away. I tried them in safe mode also.

Download Autoruns from Sysinternals.
http://www.sysinternals.com/Utilities/Autoruns.html

Extrat the ZIP file and double-click "autoruns.exe". Then under the
"Everything" tab delete anything that mentions "file not found" by
right-clicking the entry and select DELETE. Restart computer and see if
problem exists. Post back the EXACT error messages, if any.
