Win XP netcfg.exe utility to remove CSNW

I am trying to locate the netcfg.exe utility which I hear should be
included on the Windows XP CD. Unfortunately, I have been unable to
locate it on any of my XP CDs.

This utility can be used to remove the CSNW from workstations in a
login script.
