Win XP machine can't see shared printer on NT4 machine

Just added a Win XP Pro machine to a small local network
of NT4 machines and a Win2000 machine. All machines are in
the same workgroup. One of the NT machines and the Win2000
machine have shared printers. Both of these shared
printers show up if you're on an NT machine and run the
Add Printer wizard.

On the Win XP machine, the Add Printer wizard (when
browsing for a network printer) can see the shared printer
on the Win2000 machine, but does not see the shared
printer on an NT4 machine. It does see the machine
itself, but not the shared printer.

Any ideas?
