Win XP look n Feel for Menus,Toolbars

Hi! everyone
I want that my toolbars,menus, buttons all should have a Win Xp Look and
feel even if the application is running on win 2000 . Is that posiible, i
think it is but i do not know how? kindly Help

I am using Csharp for coding my application

I do not want to use any third party components. I want to create my own. Is
