Win XP Home Nec and Emachines

I have a Nec and Emachines sticker with serial numbers on them I believe the
XP install was a ghost image on cd,s that were lost and the hardware has
changed is there any way to get a new cd that can install these versions or
any other way to install them

The "serial numbers" (Product Keys) are only valid with the computer
manufacturer's own Windows XP recovery or restore CD.
