WIN XP HOME EDITION users rights

I want to share folder on a LAN directly connected to internet but i want
that only the user on my lan can see and modify my folder.
How i can do that? in winxp home i can't give privileges on folder to a
particular users....

Try booting your XP Home into Safe Mode and setting the rights from
there. Make sure you log in as Administrator in Safe Mode.
