WIN XP Home Ed. USer Accounts

On my login page, I have myself, two other user accounts
and something called Owner. What is this Owner account? I
don't recall setting this up.
 
Greetings --

The "Owner" account might have been setup when you bought your PC. If not
try to login to that account and see if it looks like you need it, if not
you can delete user accounts by going into the Control Panel>>User Account.
