Win XP default jpg icon changed by New office 2003

The jpg icons inside Win XP limited user folders are gone after
installing Office 2003. The jpg icon has changed to application icon.
The user with administrator privilege also found the default jpg icons
were changed to Office 2003 icon style.
How to restore the default jpg icon to all user either administrator
or limited user.

You can change the JPEG associations using the Office Picture Manager. You
can access the Office Picture Manager via Start Menu > Microsoft Office >
Microsoft Office Tools> Microsoft Office Picture Manager.
