The "Start" menu path:

Menu\Programs\Accessories\System Tools
Right click on the right side of the explorer plane and
select create shortcut:
Enter "Disk Cleanup" as name and "C:\WINDOWS\system32
\Cleanmgr.exe" as program path.

Click on the start menu. and select start all programs--->accessories--->
system tools---> right click on "disk cleanup" and select send too desktop
from the menu.
