Win Profile Corrupt - Pease Help

[R Hawks]

Rebooting my XP Pro system = "Profile Corrupt Error".
Created a temp Profile w/same name.
Previous profile was admin & no other profiles existed.
Unable to restore to previous date.
All files & folders w/in profile not available.

Please help ASAP!
