Win NT4 Server w/ Exchange to Win2000 Server

Hello.

Currently have a Windows NT 4 PDC server (SP6a) running
Exchange 5.5 (SP4).

Would like to upgrade to Windows 2000 Server. Will there
be any issues with the Exchange Server? The Microsoft site
states there are "preliminary procedures" to perform but
doesn't say what they are.

Any insights appreciated.

Hello.
From what I can see, forestprep and domainprep are run
during Exchange 2000 setup. We wish to stay w/ Exchange
5.5 if possible.
