Win Mail - a long time to open new email or search

When I click on "New mail", I am waiting 15 second, than window to write new
email open.
I reinstall Win Mail (erase Win Mail folder and import mails from backup)
and problem is persisting.
Registers in HKEY_CURENT_USER are new, after reinstall Win Mail.
I have ni Win Mail 10000 messagas, but problem appears even if I had
there 0 messages. When is problem?

Searching in Win Mail take a long time too. Index Seareching in Windows
Vista I turn off.
I have not another problems with Win Mail.

If no improvement, try upgrading to Windows Live Mail:

However, with that many messages, it might be better to upgrade to
an industrial strength mail programs, such as Outlook.
