Win Explorer display I must arrange icons by name each time, fix?

The Windows file display "Windows Explorer" displays incorrectly. When I
open the dialog box it displays Z to A. The work around is to right click
and select display icons by name. This is a bug. Does a fix exist?

Not a Word question. Put your cursor over the "Name" header box and
click the tiny triangle that appears in its middle.

You didn't note which version of Word you are using, but in Word 2003 there
is an option in th View menu named Arrange Icons by - go there and choose
whatever view you prefer.

If you select 'details view' in any Word file operation window the sort
order is toggled by clicking the header of the appropriate column. This is
not a bug, but by design. It works just the same in Windows Explorer.
