Win Defender will not run auto

Windows defender will not run automaticly. The setting are turned on to run
full scan at 2:00am check for update before running scans and apply default
action. This is very aggravating could it be because i'm also running norton
360 2.0? I checked the services and the win defender service is started and
automatic. Any Ideas???

connection is not enabled
at 2 in the morning.

antivirals.

as a test, disable your
a.v. and your firewall
and set the defender's
time and task to engage
shortly after the above
operations so you can
monitor the issue while
your awake at this time.

Windows Defender's daily scan is queued up through Task Scheduler.
Open Task Scheduler, Click Advanced - tic/check "Show Hidden Tasks".
Check the parameters of MP Scheduled Scan.
