How can I restore win2k advanced server as PDC on raid 5.
This server keeps on rebooting since we installed SP4 on it

Restore it from the image you made prior to installing SP4.
 
Unfortunately, there is no image.
Can I add a HD with advanced Sever and try to boot with
it. If it succeeds, do you think that I can then access
the data on SCSI raid 5 ?

You can try booting with the Win2k CD and select "Repair a Windows 2000
Server".
