Win 2003 TS Policy to limit RDP client screen size

Is there a policy setting (or something I can do server side) to limit the
size of an RDP clients desktop?

I have to support an app which is not designed to run in anything beside
800x600 and I'd like to limit the RDP client screen size so that it will
always appear as a window on the user's desktop if the desktop is greater
than 800x600.

I've senn something to limit color depth but not screen size.
 
I believe that we don't have a way to limit the size of an RDP clients
desktop.
