Hi Kevin. If you're not too familiar with the insides of
a computer, find someone that is and have him/her to
remove the jumper on the motherboard that's for the BIOS
settings and the battery also. Leave them out for about
20, 30 mins. Put them back and try booting it up again.
That just might work in your case. Similiar things have
happened to a couple of computers that I have worked on
in the past and by me doing that, they have come back up
like nothing was ever wrong with them. If this is NOT the
solution for your predicament, doing this should not hurt
your system in anyway. Hope this helps. Wayne B.

Can you boot the computer to Safe Mode? If so, try to uninstall the Roxio
software. Once done, restart to normal mode. If you installed with your
anti-virus software running, disable it and then install the Roxio software
again.

Wayne excellent idea, I'm so frustrated I didn't even
think of that. Thanks a million guy, I appreciate it.
Two heads really are better than one. :)

Hey name sake, thanks for replying to me, that's the crazy
thing it willn't let me boot to safe mode, the only thing
is the recovery console, which I not familiar with.
