win 2000 doesnt access XP

\\computer is a win XP:

When I type \\computer from a win 2000 Server to XP, gives the error:

"Logon failure: the user has not been granted the requested logon type at
this computer"

but when \\computer from win XP to XP shows the shared folders... XP using
simple file sharing, and on W2K the account guest is enabled...

What can be the problem?

Paulo,

This is generally a setting in Local Security Policy. Is this XP Home, or Pro?
