Win 2000 bugs.

I have a few problems with my Win 2000 :

1) with the recycle bin : when i want to restore a file, the file stays in the recycle bin and half of the time it freezes.

2) sometimes, the copy/cut fonctions don't work fine (can't copy by moving files)

3) when i want to go on some pages (ex : hotmail.com), the page just don't show up, it stays white !
when i restart my computer, everything is fine...

a few days ago, i updated my Win 2000 with Windows update... is it because of Win Update ?
or is there any patch or programme that corrects that ?

There are several tools that can help with this. Personally I would
recommend Norton Systemworks.
