WIn 2000 Active Directory Restoration

in my win 2k domain i have a primary domain controller DSN
server on that mahcine and secondary controller.

now my main controller has failed (HD crashed).
Once i restore the operating system and dedicate the
domain controll how can I make it the primary DSN Server.

there are no primary/secondary concept in AD, just more or less equal DC's.
Restore the system state to your second DC after you reinstall the system.
