Will WMVs play in commercial DVD players?

Will WMVs play in commercial DVD players, like Apex, Sony, etc.?

Maybe in the newest ones only, or what?

search yahoo/google for the DVD player name and research
the products that result. The web is vast and lots of
vendors have complete specs on lots of players out there.
check out more then one site and compare units.

Sam's club and Walmart have good players for under $40.00
these days.
 
Not yet, someone posted in this group recently that the first WMV and
HighMAT players were just shown at CES and are not available yet.
