will this help my system to run ant better ?

I like everyone els out there use my recyle ben , and i
try to keep it clean as much as poss , i would like to
know is , when i use this programe is there another bigger
place in my system that holds everything i have thrown
out ? and if soo , is there a way i can go in and clean
that out ? also does that help to make my system run
cleaner and better ?
