Seen a nice little place i'm thinking of making an offer for, not the listed price though.
So what do you think of the place HERE
 
You might be able to knock them down to 69.5. :D
 
Lawns a bit raggedy looking and some of that block paving looks dodgy. I'd haggle em down if it were me.
