If you use Windows Mail for the Communities, you get Message Rules, which
can be set to Ignore and mark as read any subject (FYI, etc) and any email
address. (See message properties, details tab to copy address) After you get
all that already marked read and ignored, the rest clears right up.
apart from what Mark says you can also go to (if you are using windows mail)
Messages> block sender
for the people you dont like to read their junk
