I have two accounts, a POP3 and an IMAP, set up in Outlook 2003. When
emailing a client I'd like to cc the post to the other account, especially
the IMAP account. But the message doesn't send. Why? And how can I get it
to?

thank you!

Doesn't send as in it won't leave the Outbox?
Doesn't send as in it isn't received by the other account?
Doesn't send as in you get an error message?

Thank you, F.H. for your reply.

1. It doesn't leave the outbox.
2. I don't think it's received by the other party. I will send to another
hotmail acct to check this.
3. I do not get any error messages.

Well, the computer made a liar out of me again...or did I make a liar out of
myself? Anyway, this morning it worked. I'm not sure what I did differently
than that last couple of days, but it is working. When sending from the IMAP
account it does not put a copy in the IMAP server sent folder. So I will
work on chasing that down!

thanks.

This is correct. It puts the item in the Sent Items folder of your default
folders. Use a rule to move a copy to some folder on the IMAP server.

WIth Outlook 2007, the Sent Items folder on the IMAP server will be used.
