WILL NOT RESTART

My Daughter's computer this morning will not re-start. I
get a blue screen with "Stop:c000021a (Fatal System Error)
The windows logon process system process terminated
unexpectedly with a status of 0x80000004 (0x00000000
0x00000000) The system has been shut down."
Nothing we try will fix this problem "on-off" "restart"
I was running Anti-Virus program last night and this
morning infected files were deleted.
