I am having the same (no install) problem with KB828028, KB828035 and KB824141
The problem surfaced after getting my universal subscription software and installing Visual Studio .NET 2003 and Office 2003. I am running XP Pr
I am tempted to try installing XP Pro again over the old install and starting from scratch with the updates
Any other ideas
