Will not auto-connect to internet

When using Outlook 6.0 or Explorer 7.0, they will not connect to internet
automatically as they used to. I must now first establish the
connection(dial-up), then these programs will perform as intended. Any
ideas ? Thanks
 
Hi Warren

You are in the wrong Newsgroup - this one is for Outlook not Outlook Express
and although they sounds similar they are not. Try their Newsgroup.
