Will IE 6.x have built in pop-up blocking?

Wondering if IE 6.x will have a built-in pop-up blocker? And will it be enabled by default?

The version with WinXP SP2 will have a blocker. Don't know what the default
will be, but I'd bet the default would be off, for legal reasons.

Thanks for the info. Have any idea where one could get a Beta version of it? I checked the XP download on microsoft.com, but didn't see it.
