Will I have probelms with Windows activation?

I plan to install the second hard drive and copy the "old' drive to the new
one with Powerquest Drive Image 7. I intend to use the new drive as the C
drive. Will I have any problems with Windows XP activation issues or
Windows will work with no problem?

Shouldn't be a problem at all. It takes several hardware changes for the
activation scheme to come into play again.

Why ask the question if you then question the answer? Why would you need to
re-activate XP if the only hardware change is a hard disk? It WILL work just
fine!
