Will ATI DVD Player work with Vista

I have an ATI Radeon video card installed in a computer running Vista
Home Premium. I wonder if the ATI DVD player can be installed? Anyone
try that?

No, you need the encoder which only works with ATI AIW and Win XP.

Thanks, I won't bother trying it. This ATI DVD Player did come with
the Radeon X850XL card, I do not have an AIW video card. The latest
ATI video card, the AGP X1950 Pro, did not come with a DVD player. I
have it running under Windows XP Pro. The ATI DVD player will not
install with this video card. I could swap the video cards but then I
would need to call Microsoft to activate Vista again... :-(
