wild tangent

When I start my computer I have been having to reset 1 to 4 times so today I
put in the XP disc and reinstalled but still have one thing wrong. When it
comes on it still has a part of Wild Tangent I cannt find but it says it is
missing something. I want it off my computer and can't figur how todo that.
Any suggestions please. thanks you.
