Wild Tangent Web Driver

Does anyone knows how to get rid of this? When I shut
down the PC, first the Norton box comes up as if it was
frozen and I have to click end now, then after I hit end
now on that window I get the Wild Tangent Web Driver
message to close out. I tried removing from Control
Panel but it appears it won't go away. Can someone help
me with this?
