Wierd! Xp sometimes starts up normal..then shuts down

This is an odd one thats been bugging me for a while.

occassionally..when i login as normal..starts logging
in,running programs..then suddenly i get told winxp is
shutting down and thats it....this has happened a few
times and i thought i was imagining it at first...

happens maybe once every 20 boot-ups..anyone got any
idea's??

Note the time the crash happens and have a look at the "Event Log". For info
on this type "Event Viewer" or "Event Log" into the help system.
