Wierd Problem

When I try to start Windows xp Pro in the Diagnostic Startup mode Windows
asks to me to activate my copy of Windows again. Now I'm afraid to use this
tool when I need to trouble shoot. Is this normal?
 
I guess this is not a challenging enough question? Wonder why nobody ever
comments on my posts? Boohoo :-*(
