My screen has a wierd green tint to it and I can't seem to get it to go away.
If anyone could possibly help, that'd be great.

Thanks a lot.

Is it an lcd monitor or a crt monitor?
Is it a separate monitor, or part of a laptop?
You don't provide us with much information to help you!

But, If the monitor-to-pc cable is tight, none of the connector pins are
bent, then you are most likely loosing the monitor.
Start saving for a new one as the cost of repair will be more than the cost
of a new on.

Yeah, wierd colours are normally because of a loose cable. If this is
something that has developed over time (years) on an old CRT monitor,
then it is probably just getting old. If this is on a LCD, you had
better be looking very hard for the recipt :)

1) try degaussing your monitor using the controls on it (if its crt)
2) wiggle the cable around to see if this fixes it
3) some driver options let you change the color balance from within the
driver
by going to control panel> display adaptor
4) Most monitors have a setting called temp which you balance colors, again
this is from the controls that are On the monitor
