wierd error- how do i fix this?

Everytime I start up my PC I get the following error
message: Error Loading C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Program
Files\bridge.dll The specified module could not be
found. Now, despite this consistant error- my computer
seems to operate normally, but it's really annoying and I
can't seem to make it stop. If anyone can email me
directions on how to fix this I'd be really appreciative.
