The event log entry you quoted says nothing other that
your machine was shut down dirtily, either by a power
failure or by a crash. Before anyone can home on the
problem, you need to collect lots more data, e.g.
- Time of day when it crashes
- If attended or unattended at the time
- What programs are running
- If it happens to other PCs in the house too
- Since when this has started happening
- Screen messages (if any)
- If this happens in Safe Mode too
etc. etc.

The more information you can supply, the greater the
likelyhood of someone being able to home in on the
cause.
