It's rare that we get threads on here for good customer service, as it's quite natural to post about the bad and not good - but I'm really impressed with the service I got from widget 
I bought a case for a GPS from them a couple of weeks ago and got a dispatch e-mail. A week later and nothing turns up, so I dropped them an e-mail. I get a call the next day, saying to wait another few days and if it's still not there get back in touch and they'll send another out. Still nothing arrives, so I give them a call and someone picks up straight away and posts another out there and then
I've just got it now (next day).
