Wide emails - why don't they wrap?

In Outlook 2007 and Windows Vista, one friend emails with wide, wide lines
of text.

I've never known it before that they don't wrap to the size of window
(usually I have reply side by side with the original message) - cnn anyone
help?

With a message open, click on Office button, Editor Options, Advanced,
section titled "Display e-mail content", turn on Show text wrapped within
window.
