Frustrating WORD WRAP issue in Outlook 2003
I'll try to get all the details I can in here. It's bizarre, but here goes.
We have an Executive who uses Outlook 2003. With Word 2003 as Editor. No
Stationary is used
Problem: When exec receives an email then clicks REPLY - the email opens up,
he begins typing but it does not word wrap. Note: The message is sent in
PLAIN text to him. The ONLY way it seems (temp fix) to fix this is to (in
the replied message) change the FORMAT to HTML and then wahlah, it word
wraps. I have checked every setting in Outlook and I cannot even duplicate
this issue!
Anyone seen this before? This NEVER used to happen and it just started.
Its VERY weird.
Side note: Problems are when he receives mail from people using OWA and
Blackberries. Again, this never used to happen.
Any light on this would be great!
