Outlook & Netscape Word Wrap

Hi all,
I have a user who has Netscape 7.02 mail client and is sending mail to
another user with outlook XP. The message the person with outlook receives
is not word wrapped and I know this is a issue solely because of Netscape.
Are there any settings I can change that would prevent this from happening?

There's a word-wrap setting in Netscape. It's usually on by default, and is
usually set at 72 characters.
Check with your netscape user that they haven't changed the settings.
