Create a link that will send an auto-send a reply

In Outlook 2007 (which is used company-wide) I'm wondering if there is
a possible way to create a link that when clicked by the email
receiver will auto matically reply with a simple message basically as
a record that they have clicked this link (it's an agreement of
sorts). I'm sure it could be done with a weblink and a server-side
script, but thats not where we're at just yet.
