Are there any "switches" to set Windows XP wiaacmgr.exe photo scans to
borderless?

There is a developer document, but it says how to use in the registry & C++ but
no switches:

Thanks for helping!
I tried Google, Mircosoft Support, and this site.
It seems there is no way to have a borderless scan of photos. I have to
crop each scan.
