Vista Business is the equivalent of XP Pro.
There is nothing comparable to vista Ultimate in the Windows XO
editions.

phone...phonebook and stuff. Do you think that program will conflict with
BVRP?

Why don't you try it and find out? You can always uninstall BVRP and try
something else..
