why wont this system let me send my message

I am trying to send a message to someone selling a car on craigslist who uses
this system I went to the trouble of setting up lie mail because this system
wont accept mail from my regular provider now it still does not work. I am
very FRUSTRATED I can't find whether pop3 ect. I set up this new email
because that what this stupid system required now I still cannot send my
message what do i need to do ?

You need to tell us a more detailed version of the problem to get much help.
If you get any error messages when you try to send mail, click on them and
copy them to your next message.

Who is your regular mail provider, and what prevents you from using
that provider?

Note: It is very difficult to follow your problem statement because there
is no punctuation.
