Why won't the animations in my presentation play?

I have put animations on my slides, and when I test them in the animation
window, they play fine. However, when I start it as a slide show, none of
the animations plays.

I'm using PowerPoint 2007.

Can someone help me?

Click Slide Show > Set Up Show. Under Show options, check if "Show without
animation" is checked. If yes, uncheck it and click ok.
