When you quit Outlook, it appears to quit as expected, but it does not. You
can see the Outlook.exe file in Close Program dialog box which means that
Outlook is still running. You must terminate the process in the Close Program
dialog box. To do this, press CTRL+ALT+DELETE, click the Outlook.exe file,
and then click End Task.
