Why won't my excel worksheet page up or page down?

I cannot page up or down in within a current tab in my excel workbook. The
scroll wheel on the mouse will not work either. What could be causing this
issue. The other tabs in my workbook function normally. I have used this
workbook daily for years and this is the first time anything like this has
happened. Please help. Thanks.

Sounds like Scroll Lock is on. Check the lower-right corner of the status
bar and if the letters SCRL are present press the Scroll Lock key to return
to normal screen paging.

Have you set Window>Freeze Panes at bottom of the screen?
