Microsoft's Help system has landed you in the wrong newsgroup: this
one is for the database program Microsoft Access.

Please use the dropdown box (the one that says "Access" by default)
to select a more appropriate newsgroup.

If you check around, you'll find that WindowsXP does not include very
much *application* software. Notepad, WordPad, Solitare, a few
others... It is an *OPERATING SYSTEM*. Powerpoint, Word, Excel,
Outlook, etc. etc. are application programs, not part of Windows; they
must be purchased separately.

first, this is an access database group, not a general complain about
microsoft group. second, powerpoint has never been part of an operating
system, it is part of the office suite of tools that are purchased
separately. third, you complainers have to get yourself sorted out, first
you complain that ms is bundling too much in with the os and now you
complain about them not bundling enough!
